What this is

United States v. Keith Raniere, No. 18-CR-204 (NGG), was tried in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York before Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis. This archive contains the trial from opening statements on May 7, 2019, through the verdict on June 19, and the sentencing hearing on October 27, 2020.

Published redactions remain marked [REDACTED]. Two sealed pages, 4272 and 4273, are absent from the filed transcript. Sidebar conferences that were sealed, redacted or not reported have no transcribed dialogue. Recording was prohibited in the courthouse, so there is no courtroom video.
