Sylvie said Albany was presented as the best place for her, while James Loperfido described daily pressure to move there and become more involved in ESP/NXIVM.
Mexico
Daniela testified that she feared being sent to Mexico without money or identification and losing contact with her family; Lauren Salzman admitted helping keep her confined under threat of that return. Daniela said she continued writing to Raniere after returning to Mexico. Mexico also housed NXIVM centers identified by Mark Vicente, and Salzman described recruiting women there into DOS by video call and collecting collateral.
Clifton Park
Witnesses described living in the NXIVM community in Clifton Park, near Albany. Lauren Salzman read a message demanding Daniela return there while refusing to send her requested documents. Charles Fontanelli described cash recovered during a Clifton Park search and counted the following day at 26 Federal Plaza.
3 Flintlock Lane, Clifton Park, New York
Lauren Salzman identified 3 Flintlock Lane as the home Raniere shared with Pam Cafritz, Karen Unterreiner and Kristin Keeffe. Daniela described it as his control center, where Keeffe reported on legal matters and received his instructions. She also testified about sexual contact with Raniere there and confirmed that the computer involved in installing a keylogger to monitor Marianna was at the house.
8 Hale Drive
Lauren Salzman testified that Raniere took intimate photographs of her in the loft bed at 8 Hale Drive, a townhouse known as his executive library. Christopher Mills testified that he participated in executing a search warrant there on March 27, 2018. In closing arguments, prosecutors identified a hard drive kept there as containing sexually explicit photographs of 15-year-old Camila.
Apropos
Mark Vicente described filming a forum around 2014 at Apropos, a building at 1475 U.S. Route 9 in Clifton Park. Charles Fontanelli testified that he conducted surveillance there. In closing argument, the prosecution cited Vicente's testimony that multiple copies of videotapes were made at Apropos as part of the alleged scheme to alter tapes for the Stephanie Franco litigation.
12 Wilton Court
Testimony identified 12 Wilton Court as Daniela's family residence, and photographs shown in court located its entrance within a multi-residence building in Knox Woods. In closing argument, the prosecution described Daniela alone in her room there for the 700th consecutive day and on the verge of suicide.
7 Generals Way
Mark Vicente testified that he had lived at 7 Generals Way and used its basement for Moving Pixels postproduction work. Jay identified it as Allison Mack's home, where she stayed in November 2016 and lived for about four months after moving in during January 2017. In rebuttal closing, Mark Lesko described Jay receiving a call in the basement in which Mack instructed her to seduce Raniere.

Charles Fontanelli identified 3 Oregon Trail as Nancy Salzman's residence and testified that he assisted with a search there. During an admissibility hearing, the prosecution said the search occurred the day after Raniere's arrest and recovered electronic devices, more than half a million dollars in cash, and NXIVM-related materials.
9 Milltowne Drive
Lauren Salzman testified that DOS first-line members held all their meetings at 9 Milltowne Drive after it became their sorority house. In closing argument, the prosecution linked the house to a BDSM dungeon and equipment purchases. An Extreme Restraints order listing the address for shipping was canceled without shipment, according to Sean Welch's testimony.
