Approximately 250 pages of materials attached to the defendant's letter for possible use in cross-examining the Government's first witness

The court classified the approximately 250 pages attached to the defense letter as impeachment materials outside Rule 16's disclosure requirements, but ordered production after the first witness's direct examination.
